ISO 10328 TESTS

As IB-ER, we have our own test device that designed according to ISO 10328 and IB-ER products are tested in our facility. The tests listed below are made according to 2 loading condition types and the weight limit of 100kg/220lbs .

· Proof Test of Attachments

· Static Proof Test

· Static Failure Test

· Cycle Test

6x10⁶ cycles are applied at each loading condition.

FEM (Finite Elements Method)  ANALYSIS

IB-ER products are analysed with Finite Element Method according to the loading conditions desribed on ISO 10328 standards.
